Navigating the Coach Workspace
Home Page Layout
Upon the initial login, select which workspace you want to work from. The layout of this page may differ based on how the user is set up in the system, but the workspaces button is always in the navigation menu on the left of the screen.
Coach Workspaces
From the workspace button, select which workspace you would like to use.
From the Coach Workspace, you can work with and manage other users. From My Workspace, you can view and manage your own activities and data. Note: when operating from the Coach Workspace, the sidebar will be shaded and while working from My Workspace or "working with" another user, it will be white.
Advisor Search
In the Coach Workspace, you can search for advisors using the search bar in the upper right corner.
From here, you can select an advisor to "work with."
The Workspace button will also show you the advisor you are currently "working with." Note: The sidebar is white now because a user is being "worked with."
Data Manager
The data manager allows you to control which users are visible. See the linked article for how to use the data manager located to the left of the search bar.
Coach Navigation Buttons
Coach Workspace - Dashboard Button
Allows coaches to access all available dashboards with minimal navigation. Available dashboards will vary depending on your configuration.
You can also navigate between dashboards using the drop-down next to the dashboard name.
Coach Workspace - Content Button
Allows coaches to view and manage available content.

Coach Workspace - Manage Button
Select and manage teams and individual advisors.
- Advisors - Search and manage individual advisors.
- Teams - Search and manage teams.

Hiding the Menu
To hide the menu, click on the hide menu button.
To unhide, click on the Unhide button
