June 2023 – OnceHub Integration, Metrics Reports Access, Follow Assessment Button Has Moved
OnceHub Integration
With our new OnceHub integration, SuccessPro can now help easily schedule a meeting or register for a workshop directly within an assessment.
Simply select the Register button.
Choose the desired date and time.
The advisor’s name and email will autofill from their profile in SuccessPro. They can update their contact information if desired. To finalize the appointment, click the Done button.
If a different online scheduling tool is used and there is interest in integrating it with SuccessPro, please reach out to the Customer Success Manager at ActiFi to explore the possibility.

Metrics Reports Access
The metrics tiles in SuccessPro now offer the ability to navigate directly to any associated metric reports tied to these tiles. Simply click on the View Report button at the bottom of the tile to navigate to the report details. Please note that the button name may vary depending on the system configuration.

The View Report button must be configured on a metrics tile. Please contact your system administrator or email support@actifi.com for more information.
Follow Assessment Button Has Moved
The Follow assessment button is now available in the Assessment View under the Coach Menu. This makes it easier to keep track of which advisors have taken an assessment and when it was completed. To follow an assessment, simply click on the Assessments tab under the Coach Menu to the left of the screen. From the Assessments screen, click on the name of the assessment to be followed.
This will open the corresponding assessment’s detail page. From here, select the Follow button to track the activity pertaining to that assessment.
Setup
No additional setup is needed to Follow an Assessment.
