Roles

Roles are often set at the time the user is created. Admin features also exist to set a single role to many users at once. In the event this is needed, click on Roles under Users & Roles. To learn more, review the Role Types articles.
In this example, click on View for the Manager - Base role.

Navigate to the filter and search for the user(s) requiring that Role. Set as many users as required within this form. Admins should be cautious not to accidentally enable manager-type roles to an unintended user. For example, John Smith and John Smith may be two different people. One works at the home office and the other is an advisor receiving consulting services from the home office.
