Programs are an efficient and effective way to onboard your firm’s advisors, facilitate coaching, trainings & learnings surrounding relevant subject matter, and a great way to manage defined or time-framed goals for onboarded advisor(s) groups or individuals. Programs are also a great way to manage learnings, trainings, and coaching of advisors with varying levels of experience, certifications, licenses, personas, or profiles.
In a program, you can create summary tiles that afford you a simple way to track the progress of each advisor. You can also create resource tiles to share firm or program-specific internal or external content. Furthermore, you can create leaderboard gamification tiles which helps you add some oomph and excitement to your firm's coaching, training, and onboarding programs.
