Create a Meeting

Accessing the Meeting Page

Once you have logged in and arrived at the Home Page, from your workspace select the Meetings sub-tab from the content tab
Click on the + New Meeting button on the right.

Editing Meeting Details

This will open the Meeting template screen. To change the name of the meeting, select the Edit Meeting Name option to the right of the meeting header. Edit the additional meeting details (the highlighted section below) by updating the following fields:

Meeting Setup

  • Date - Select the meeting date.
  • Meeting Type - Choose the type of meeting from the dropdown menu. This will enable you to select a template in the next field.
  • Meeting Template - Select the desired template for the meeting. Note: Choosing a meeting template may pre-fill the Agenda Items (see below).
  • Tag - Select a tag to make it easier to search for this meeting at a later date.
  • Team - If the user is a part of a team, their team name will appear in this section. Selecting the team name will prefill the Available Attendees column.

If the user is not part of a team, you can manually add meeting attendees by searching for advisors by name. Once you have found the desired advisor, click the arrow to the right of their name to add them to the meeting. They will then appear in the Attendees column.

Managing Meeting Agendas

You can either manually add Agenda Items to the meeting or select from any prefilled items that appear as part of a Meeting Template. If you do not want certain items to appear on the agenda, simply deselect the checkbox to the left of the agenda item. You may also choose to either select all or none of the items.

Adding Goals to Your Meeting

If you would like to add a Goal to your meeting, use the Active, On Hold, Complete, or Cancelled filters to edit the goals that appear in the below list. Add or remove a goal by selecting or deselecting goals from the list that appears (if applicable). Select the + Create Meeting button when you are finished editing the meeting details.

Note: You may go back and edit any part of the meeting after it is created.
