Advisor Meeting Experience: Creating, Viewing, Updating and Sharing Meetings

Creating a Meeting for a Coached Advisor

To create a meeting for a coached advisor, follow these steps:
    Navigate to the Meetings sub-tab under the content tab
    Click the + New Meeting button
The + New Meeting button will open the meeting template screen. Here, you can:
  • Edit the meeting name
  • Change the date and meeting type
  • Select an agenda
  • Add meeting topics or tags
  • Share the meeting with your team of advisors (In this scenario: Golden Wealth Partners team)


Meeting Setup for Advisors

To complete the meeting setup for the advisor, follow these steps:
  • Add Attendees: This will default to the advisor if you are creating the meeting, but other meeting attendees can be added as necessary.
  • Select or Add an Agenda: Agenda selection options will be available if you selected a pre-configured agenda template above. Otherwise, you can add a new custom agenda by typing into the Add Agenda Item bar and hitting enter.
  • Link an Existing Goal: Link an existing goal associated with the topic of discussion for the meeting you are creating for the advisor(s).
  • Create Meeting: Hit + Create meeting to create the meeting.

Meeting Management Tips

When the meeting is created, follow these steps:
  • Enable the follow toggle to get notified by any action on the meeting by the advisor
  • To share the meeting with advisors on your team, do one of the following:
  • Export a meeting summary
  • Copy/clone the meeting
  • Delete a meeting
  • Enable the share toggle
  • Above the share toggle, use the cog for additional options, including editing the meeting details

Note: Cloning/copying a meeting allows you to create multiple meetings for advisors using a previous/pre-existing meeting template or content.


Meeting Agenda Items

To add details, notes, next steps, images or comments in the meeting Agenda Items, follow these steps:
    Click on the meeting name to open the meeting detail screen.
    Expand the agenda line item to access the text comment box.
    Hit the details button to view associated goal and recommendations detail.
    You can also add a new or existing goal to the meeting in this screen.
To export a meeting summary, follow these steps:
  • Choose the export option in the share toggle screen
  • Hit the cog and choose the Export Meeting option
