Access Key Groups

This functionality functions exactly how it’s labeled, “It groups Access Keys.” An example to help understand why Access Key Groups should be configured is this: Let’s assume users in the access key Zone F are located in the East Coast region along with Zone G and Zone H access keys. When manager users (those with Roadmap Manager or Metrics Manager roles) work with advisors in SuccessPro, the Data Manager may be utilized to allow easier filtering of users. This is especially useful as the number of Access Keys increase within SuccessPro over time.

Click on Access Key Groups

Search for the applicable Access Key in the filter list and click the arrow to enable.

Here is an example of the Data Manager displays Access Keys by Access Key Group. Chicago, Dallas, & Minneapolis are all access keys and placed in the Central Region group.

If an access key is not in a group, then it will be set to the Other Data I Manage section of the data manager.
