The Data Manager
- Is available to manager users
- Utilizes default settings
- Consists of access key groups, access keys, & tags

Access Key Group Details
- Access Key Group: East Coast
- Access Key: Atlanta, Boston, etc
- Tags: NextGen, Veteran
- Load Saved Selection: Default is the default label. The may be overridden. Save Current Select As allows for many pre-loaded selections to be saved.
Example of Saved Selection
In this example, the Saved Selection labeled Next Gen only includes the Access Key Groups East, Midwest, West Coast, where users have the tags NextGen.
Note: Default settings may affect other features of the software, (e.g., Activity Digests) so it is important to check with your system administrator before changing. It is an admin best practice to have these pre-set for new users.
