March 2023 – Teaming Tiles and Opportunity Screen Updates
Teaming Tiles
To help teams collaborate and stay on track to reaching their goals, SuccessPro’s Teaming Tiles have been updated to match the design of our User Dashboards. Users who are team members can view these new tiles by going to the Teams tab, selecting the appropriate team’s name, and navigating to the Teams Summary tab.
Any existing Teaming Tiles will show up here. Currently, there are four Team Tile types: Roadmap Summary Detail List, Roadmap Activity Summary, Meeting Summary, and Metric Sheets Status Counter. From this dashboard, you can interact with any of these shared items across the team.
Setup
The Teaming Tiles must be configured. Please contact your system administrator or email support@actifi.com for more information.
Opportunity Screen Updates
The Opportunity screen has a new look and feel to provide a more intuitive experience. The functionality remains the same, but the new interface makes it easier to update the status of the opportunity. To update the status, click on the Recommended dropdown menu and choose from the options listed below.
Setup
No additional setup is needed for the Opportunity screen.
