Overview

Our software solution, SuccessPro, is designed to be embedded within your technology ecosystem as an engagement mechanism that allows business stakeholders to deploy solutions quickly.
Our guiding principle is that Salesforce is the Platform Home Office and Field Leadership leverages as the source of truth for Activity Reporting and Internal Workflow.
We do not charge an extra fee for access to our Salesforce Integration and attempt to perform the implementation at no cost using best practices.
Knowing that your Enterprise Reporting Strategy may be outside of Salesforce (Snowflake, Tableau, etc.) we also provide a Rest API to access SuccessPro data elements and can provide sample reports and dashboards to assist your data team.


Responsive App within the Account & Contact Record

Our enhanced application is optimized in a separate sub-tab within the Lightning Experience on the Account (for a Firm View) and Contact as it is responsive when placed within a Lightning Container.


Activity/Task Integration

Assessments, Goals, Notes, Meeting Agendas, or anything else that you do in SuccessPro can be written as either a closed or open task in Salesforce with all of the attributes you need for reporting and dashboards set for you. All we need to understand is your process and reporting needs and we will do the rest.


Integration through a Point-and-Click Admin Screen

Through an API User, your Salesforce team will control what access SuccessPro has to your Salesforce Org. Once access is provisioned, a SuccessPro System Admin will sync the Meta Data and then integration points can be established between target objects (Activity, Case, Opportunity, etc.). The extent of integration and whether it is bi-directional is controlled through the Admin Screens.


Profile Data Mapping from Assessments

All data captured can be mapped to (or from) Salesforce for use by other teams within your organization. Mapping is performed from point-and-click admin screens within SuccessPro. Some organizations prefer that that we only write the Assessment Answer and then a Salesforce workflow rule determines whether the profile field is updated.


Reporting on SuccessPro Data within Salesforce

Because we write all of our data natively to Salesforce, your Salesforce team can create any Report or Dashboard you need to run your territory or team.


Salesforce Work Breakdown and Estimate

Our objective is to provide Salesforce integration at no additional cost and to align with standard Salesforce Object and best practices. The only cost we may need to pass on would be workflow consulting, business analysis on unique elements of your Org, or working with Custom Objects.
