Reminder Email for Roadmap and Recommendation Due Dates
In order to keep advisors on track to reaching their goals, SuccessPro now offers an option for users to receive a reminder email the morning of a roadmap or recommendation due date. If multiple items are due on the same day, they will be summarized in the reminder email.
The ability to receive reminder emails will be turned OFF by default. To turn them on, go to the My Settings menu.
Make sure that the checkbox next to the My Goal items have upcoming due dates is selected to receive the reminder emails. Be sure to select the Save Settings button before exiting the My Settings menu.
Setup
No additional administrative setup is needed for the reminder emails.
