If you are a Coach or Administrator who manages advisors within SuccessPro, you are now able to view and adjust the  of another user. 
Once you have the appropriate advisor pulled up in the system, select the  button.
From this screen, scroll down to the . You can now see how they have their settings configured and can even modify these settings on the user’s behalf. Please note that, if the user adjusts these settings later from their menu, then any previous settings will be overwritten.
You must be set up as a Coach or Administrator to view or edit someone else’s .
Our meeting functionality now allows you to reorder the list of attendees. To do so, simply select the  next to a name and drag them to the desired spot in the list. This new order will persist in any of the  you use.
No additional setup is needed for the reordering of meeting attendees.
