CSV Template for User Provisioning & Hierarchy

SuccessPro User Information Upload

SuccessPro allows for bulk upload of user information. The fields needed most commonly include:
  • username
  • firstName
  • lastName
  • nameOfPractice (aka: Teams or Firms)
  • email
  • TSID (tenant specific identifier, unique to each user)
  • AccessKey
  • sforceAccountId (applicable only if Salesforce Integration)
  • sforceContactId (applicable only if Salesforce Integration)
