August 2023 – Tie Metrics and Opportunities to Meetings

Tie Metrics and Opportunities to Meetings

Similar to the way Goals (a.k.a. Roadmaps) can be tied to Meetings, SuccessPro now offers the ability to tie Metrics and Opportunities directly to Meetings. This allows users to easily view the most relevant information in one central location while running a meeting.

To add Opportunities or Metrics to a Meeting, open the Meeting Screen and select the + Add Item button next to the Related Items section. The opportunity or metric sheet can be an existing item owned by one of the meeting attendees or a new one created here.

Select New Opportunity to create a brand-new opportunity. A modal will then open where the Opportunity Type and Initial Status can be set from their corresponding dropdown menus. Once the Type and Status have been set, click on the Create Opportunity button.

To tie an Existing Opportunity to the meeting, select the corresponding option from the menu. This will open the Opportunities modal. Any existing opportunities will be listed here (only opportunities with Recommended and Accepted statuses will show by default). Select the Show Completed and Ignored checkbox to show additional opportunities with those statuses. Select the checkbox next to the name of the desired opportunity, then click on the + Add Selected to Meeting button.

From the menu, select New Metrics Sheet to open the modal called Create New Sheet. Select the radio button next to the desired metric sheet from the list of available options and the corresponding year for the metric sheet.

If a brand-new Metrics Sheet is not preferred, select the Existing Metrics Sheet option from the menu. The Metrics Sheets modal will open and display all the current metric sheets that have been created. Select the checkbox next to the name of the desired Metric Sheet and click on the + Add Selected to Meeting button to attach the sheet to the meeting.

Once an Opportunity or Metrics Sheet is tied to the Meeting, it will appear under the corresponding headers in the Related Items section of the meeting.
