Reviewing Assessments by Status
After logging in click on the Assesments sub-tab under the Content tab
In the Assessments screen, click the drop-down button as shown below to view Completed or created assessments by date range.
Click the button shown below to view the status of assessments created for selected users or by you.
The assessments status table will show unopened assessments, assessments that have not been started, assessments that have been started & in progress, and assessments that have been completed.
Click on the data manager, as shown below, to review assessment statuses for only select Access keys or advisors.
To export All assessments and statuses, click on the cog-wheel, then click Export (CSV) as shown below.
To review a single assessment, its status, results and users or advisors that have taken the assessment, click on the assessment of choice, in this instance, the Advisor Success Assessment
the Usage tab will display assessment statuses and advisors who have taken the assessment. In a single assessment review instance, you can also select a date range for completed or created assessments, and filter the assessment by selected advisors.
In the Results tab of a single assessment review instance, there are options to generate reports for all assessment data, in this case, all data for the Advisor Success Assessment or the choice to generate a report for either completed or created assessments, assessments for selected access keys or advisors, or the choice to generate reports for the most recent Advisor Success Assessment taken.
After options selections, hit Generate report. Hitting generate report will display the average scores of the assessment results, as well as the average scores of the responses to the assessment questions.
You can also Click the +Compare To button to do a side by side comparison of assessment results.
Hit the x button to exit the comparison view.
In the Exports tab, you can select from options to export assessments answers or results by date range, and by completed or created.
