Several new Coach Views are now available under the Meetings, Opportunities, Roadmaps, and Metrics sections in the Coach Menu: , , and . Note: Filters set in one view will affect all views.
The available views will vary depending on which section of the Coach menu you are in.
Select the desired section from the coach Menu on the left of the screen (Meetings, Opportunities, Roadmaps, or Metrics)
Meetings – Grouped by Advisor and Meeting List View
Opportunities – Grouped by Advisor, Opportunity List View, and Opportunity Summary

The Grouped by Advisor view is the default for the , , , and  sections of the Coach Menu. This is our classic coaches view, providing a list of users that can be expanded to show their items. See below for an example of the Meetings Grouped By Advisor view.
After navigating to the appropriate section in the coach menu, click on the arrow next to the name of the user whose details you would like to view
A list of the corresponding data will appear below the user row (ex. All meetings associated with an advisor will appear if you are in the Meetings section of the Coach Menu)
No additional setup is required for the Grouped By Advisor views. 
The List View is available for the , , , and  sections of the Coach Menu. Instead of being condensed by advisor, the List View shows all data of the category you are viewing (e.g. the  shows a list of all meetings for all of the selected users). See below for how to navigate the .
After navigating to the appropriate section in the coach menu (in this case, it’s ), select the (ex. Opportunity List View)
Click on the name of the opportunity that you would like to view
The opportunity will open in a new modal
No additional setup is required for the List Views. 
The Summary View is only available for the  and  sections of the Coach Menu. This view is unique because it allows you to build your own data table by selecting the desired information for the table rows and columns.
After navigating to the appropriate section in the coach menu (either  or ), select the or view
For the , select the criteria for the data table by clicking the checkboxes in the ) and The data displayed will change based on which fields you select.
To adjust the data in the , select the desired information from the dropdown menu for ) and the click on the desired checkboxes for the . The data displayed will change based on which fields you select.
You can download a CSV version of the table you create by selecting the  button in the upper right corner.
You can “drill-in” to the rows or into the table cell (if the fields of that cell are not supported for drill-in, then clicking on the cell will do nothing). This will route you automatically to the  and apply the appropriate filters to show you what items are making up the count in that table cell.
No additional setup is required for the Summary Views. 
Coaches can now save a personal default filter selection. This should save time for users who find themselves setting the same filters every time they visit the coaches pages.
To access the filters, select the filter icon (the three slider bars) in the upper right of the screen
Select “Apply Filters” to reload the view with the selected filters
To cancel the filters, select “Cancel”
If you want to set filters as a default, select the “Save As Default” option. This will save the selection so anytime you come back to these coaches screens, it will load with that selection. You will have a separate default for each object type. Note: The “Save As Default” functionality does  include specified dates or Include Coach/Personal Notes.
“Reset To Default” will reload the view with your saved default filters.
No additional setup is required. 
A new Opportunity Review Report is now available in SuccessPro. This will allow users to see:
- The status of the selected opportunity
- The source of the opportunity
- The reason the opportunity was created
- Most importantly, all associated roadmaps and available recommendations tied to the selected opportunity
From the  tab, click the dropdown arrow next to the Latest Note column
Select the  option
The report will open as a PDF in a new tab
No additional setup is required for the Opportunity Review Report. 
Three new Administrator roles have been added to the Admin Screens: , , and . Defining these administrative roles will control what the user is able to see and do in the Admin Screens. Those with Batch Only access, will have the ability to import and export data using CSVs. Content-Only access allows the user to create roadmaps, meeting templates and agendas, metrics, and programs. The Admin – User Only role allows the user to create a new user, assign new users to the right roles and content groups, and search for administrative users. See below for instructions about how to assign these admin roles.
Open the waffle menu in the upper right corner of the screen

Search for the user to whom you would like to assign the role
In the user’s profile, scroll down to the Roles & Management section and select the  tab
Select the appropriate level of admin access by clicking on the arrow to the right of the role
