Setting Up a Class

After you have created your Program, Log-in to your SuccessPro instance home page. From the home page, navigate to and click on Content and then Programs on the left menu bar as shown below.
In the Program screen, click on the forward arrow corresponding to your Program, here “Help Center Guide” to create a class for your Program.


After this step, Click on New Class as shown below.
In the New Class screen, enter a Class Name and set a class start date. Note: The *Target completion date* is equivalent to the default length days that you set when creating your Program in admin. After entering a Class name and Class start date, click Next.

In the Next screen, search for your Program user(s), here the user is “Help Center “, and click on the forward arrow to add the user to the Class, as shown below.

After adding the user, click Next, as shown below.

In the Next screen, click Save and Generate Modules, to generate the Program Roadmaps for your newly created Class. After this step, click continue.

Note : Before setting up your class, you should create Program tiles and add resources for your program, after creating the Program.

After Clicking continue, you will see the number of classes and advisors added, as well as Class progress stats.
Next, navigate to, and click your User, here “Help Center” to see your program dashboard.
