Each client of ActiFi will be required to select a subdomain for their instance of SuccessPro when starting the implementation process. It is important to provide ActiFi an accurate, long term url to use when creating the SuccessPro instance.
- It is a best practice to include the client organization's domain as the SuccessPro sub domain address.

- Organization Name: ActiFi Financial
- Organization Domain: actififinancial.com
- SuccessPro Subdomain: .actifi.com
- Acronym domain example:
- SuccessPro Subdomain: .actifi.com
- Note: Organizations with domains exceeding 12 characters might explore using an acronym to help shorten the url
- In the event the url needs to be changed after creating, may be a billable event as ActiFi development resources must allocate additional time to make the change.
