To contact support, navigate to, and click on the question mark icon in the header of your user instance.

  • General support: Reach us at  support@actifi.com 
  • Login support: Reach us at  support@actifi.com 
  • Question mark? icon: Click on the "Contact Us" button in the pop-up screen. Access and click on the question mark ? icon to get help or send an inquiry to  support@actifi.com  from multiple pages in the user instance/portal.

Contact Us

Clicking the Contact Us button will open a contact form. Enter:
  • Your email
  • A message detailing what we can help with
  • Any attachments applicable to your request or inquiry

This will direct your message to the  support@actifi.com  inbox.
