Working with SuccessPro CSV Files

Both uploads (imports) and exports in SuccessPro admin require the format of csv files. Most fields and existing values may be obtained via SuccessPro Admin Exports. User value tables are accessible through other admin permissions. To access the existing values, navigate to CSV Exports. For example, a list of user IDs may required to prepare the csv import. Here is an example where the CSV Uploader may be utilized. The tags that have been created for this organization are Veteran & NextGen.

The csv file will list the field headers: username, tagName, & action which are necessary for setting user tags in bulk. In this example, the username is required along with the exact tag name such as Veteran. The action is to Add it.

It is important to remember to set the file type as CSV file. The upload may not be successful if the Admin – Batch Only user is initially working with data in Excel. .XLSX files may not be uploaded to SuccessPro, they must first be saved-as CSV format.
