Managing Programs
Once you have created a program, you are able to add and edit multiple individual or user group classes depending on your program goals.
To Add a new class to your existing program, go to your Program instance, and click on New Class as shown below:
In the New Class screen, enter your new Class Name and the date and click Next
In the Next screen, search for the user(s) you want to add to the new class and click the forward arrow as shown below to add the user(s).
After adding the user(s), here “Help Center2” click Next
Then click Save and Generate Modules, and Continue.
In the screenshot below, you have successfully added the new class (Managing Programs) to your existing Program.
To edit a class or remove a user(s) from a program class to add them to another class, click on the class you want to edit or remove the user from. Here the class is “Managing Programs”. In the Class screen click View Class Details
In the View Class Details, click on Remove From Class to remove a user from the class.
The screenshot below shows a class with no user(s) or user(s) removed.
To add a removed user from a class to another class, follow the steps to add a user to a class . Note: A user cannot be in 2 classes in the same Program simultaneously. You can however have the same users in multiple Programs. Once you remove all users from a class, the class will be removed (deleted).
To add more resources, tiles, roadmaps, or recommendations to your Program, go to admin and follow the steps for adding a detail roadmap objective path, steps to add recommendations, program tiles, and steps to add resources to a program resource tile.
