Email, Export, Clone, or Delete a Meeting

Accessing the Meeting Page

Once you have logged in and arrived at the Home Page, select the Meetings sub-tab under the Content tab.
Click on the Meeting Name to view and edit that meeting.

Viewing Meeting Details

This will open the Meeting details to the right of the screen. If you would like to view the meeting details in Fullscreen, select the square icon in the upper right corner.

Accessing Additional Meeting Features

Click on the Settings icon in the upper right corner of the screen to view the additional features available for meetings. Choose the desired feature from the dropdown menu.

Send Email/Notification Feature

Selecting the Send Email/Notification feature provides the options to either generate a link to the meeting that you can then email to people or you can choose to send the meeting directly via email.

Exporting Meeting Documents

If you would like to save a PDF or RTF version of the meeting, click on the Export Meeting feature. This will open a modal that will allow you to choose the export type as well as choose the portions of the report that you would like to export. Click the Export Meeting button to view the PDF or RTF of the meeting.

Cloning a Meeting

Clicking the Clone Meeting feature will open a modal that allows you to choose who will receive a copy of the cloned meeting. Once you've chosen who should get a copy, select the Next button to update the Meeting Name and Meeting Date and customize which section(s) of the meeting you would like to clone. Select the Clone button to copy the meeting.


Deleting a Meeting

Selecting the Delete Meeting feature will open a modal that asks you whether you would like to delete the meeting. Select the Delete Meeting button to proceed. Click the Close button to cancel.
