A large box for long-form, descriptive, or open-ended answers.

Multiple Choice (Radio):
A "select one" list for mutually exclusive options.

Percentage Slider:
A visual bar used to estimate a value or progress from 0% to 100%. Validation rules can be set (e.g. do not exceed 100%).

Rating (Radio):
A scale used to measure sentiment, confidence, or agreement (e.g., 1-5, 1-10, Strongly Agree to Strongly Disagree).

Select All (Checkbox):
A "select many" list to identify all applicable items.

Text Inputs:
Short boxes for specific data points like names, numbers, dates, or dollar amounts. Validation rules can be put in place to warn the user if wrong data is entered (e.g., enter numbers only, no longer than 10 digits).
