Configuring the Assessment Progress Tile

The Assessment Progress Tile displays, and allows quick in-user instance access to Assessment results, status, and answers.

Dashboards: User Dashboards

In the image below, clicking the Update My Score button will take you back to the original assessment. The View My Report button will take you to the report generated after a user has completed the assessment if there’s a report associated with the assessment.

The three bullet buttons give you options to open/launch the assessment, retake the assessment, or view all attempts on a particular assessment.
You can click/toggle on the trend icon to show the current assessment score or assessment scores over time.
The Results button opens up/shows the completed assessment details, including all assessment answers and results. In the details screen, you can create a link to the report, or export answers .csv or pdf by clicking on the cog wheel.
Configuration:
From admin, click tiles. In the tiles screen, click +new.

In the +new tile screen, Check the Active box, choose the tile type, in this scenario: Assessment Progress, Name the tile, choose the dashboard where the tile will appear or Display On (User Dashboard), choose the Height and Sequence, then click Save
Saving will prompt the Content group screen. Here, you can choose the content group you’ve created that will enable access for viewing the tile and the dashboard where it lives.

Next scroll to Tile Configuration: (assessment_progress), select Assessment*, choose your Report Type (type of report generated after an assessment is completed), HTML Report Key (if you selected an HTML report type) if applicable, Days Not Taken if applicable, a defined Benchmark if applicable, and the Default View Type of the assessment.
After, scroll down to the Buttons sections, here you can choose if the Results, View My Report, and Update My Score Button labels are visible on the assessment progress tile.
In the Labels section, make applicable text changes as needed
Scroll to the Configuration when the Assessment is Complete section, to choose which assessment Topic (s)/Opportunity(ies) show up on the tile once the assessment is completed. You can also edit the Result Field text and choose the Result Type that shows on the tile.

Edit the Color Range section, to control how assessment results appear when you want to have multiple Topic(s)/opportunity(ies) results show on the tile. Figure 2. is an example of multiple Topic(s)/opportunity(ies) results on a tile shown on the user dashboard. Hit Save Config after this section to complete the Assessment Progress Tile configuration.
