Configuring & using the Metrics Basic Chart Tile
The Metrics Basic Chart tile displays a metric value captured at a specific period in time. For example, to display gross profit for Q4 2023 as shown in Fig 1. Below
Dashboards: User, Team, Coach Executive.
From the tile, clicking on the filter icon allows you to choose the periodicity, year and period for the metric to be displayed. Toggling the chart and Trendline icons switches from a chart view to a trendline display on the tile as shown in Fig 3. Clicking the UPDATE DATA button opens the metric sheet.

Configuration
From Admin, click Tiles
In the Tiles screen, click the +New button.
In the +New screen, check the Active box, choose the tile Metrics Basic Chart, Name the Tile, select the Display On (dashboard) option, select height and sequence, then click Save details. After saving details, you’ll be prompted to add the content group . Choose the content group you created for this Metrics Basic Chart.
From the Tile configuration section, select the reference metric sheet that will feed the metrics basic chart, in this example, Income Statement – Full. Then select Periodicity, Offset, No data message, and default graph type options that are applicable.
In the Graph section, add the min/max and color ranges options, and in the Header and Footer choose any applicable options.
In the linked Metric Templates section (*Important), link the metric to display on the tile. In this scenario, Gross Profit, by Adding the Metric Template and selecting the metric Value Type. Hit Save Config (Done)
