Late May 2023 – New Content Report, “In Review” Opportunity Status
New Content Report
If an advisor is not yet ready to commit to a Goal (a.k.a. Roadmap), SuccessPro can still deliver value through the new Content Report. This report delivers the same content found in a Goal without the need to assign tasks and due dates.
The Content Report can be generated either through the Goal Creation screen or from the Opportunity screen. To generate the report from the Goal Creation screen, make sure that at least one of the Recommendations is selected and then select the Create Content Report button.
This will open a PDF version of the report in a new tab.
When working with Opportunities, the Create Content Report button can be found toward the right of the Opportunity screen. Please note: This button will only appear if goals are tied to the opportunity.
After selecting the Create Content Report button from the Opportunity screen, a modal will appear allowing the user to customize what information is shown on the report. If multiple goals are associated with the opportunity, all available goals will populate in this screen. To remove any specific goals or recommendations, simply uncheck the box next to the undesired item. When ready, select the Create Content Report button to open the report in a new tab.
Once a Content Report is generated, this activity is also logged in SuccessPro. Simply navigate to the Recent Activity tab and look for an event called Quick Content Created. This will show the date of the report creation and who created it. Clicking on the link in the Item column will open the Content Report. The Content Report button at the top of the Recent Activity screen will also filter out all other activities and leave the Content Reports.
Setup
Please contact your system administrator or email support@actifi.com to enable the Content Report functionality.
“In Review” Opportunity Status
The new In Review opportunity status signifies that the advisor has acknowledged the recommendation and is currently reviewing the information before accepting the opportunity (or any corresponding goals).
Please Note: Whenever the new Content Report is generated from the Opportunity screen, the status of that Opportunity will automatically update to “In Review”.
Setup
No additional setup is required to utilize the new In Review opportunity status.
