Access Keys
Access Keys are simply the “grouping of users.” Each user in SuccessPro may be placed in a single Access Key. For example, “consultant Jane” may be placed in a “Home Office” access key, and “advisor John” may be placed in Zone A. “Advisor Dorothy” may be placed in Zone B. Refer to Access Keys for more setup information.
In this example, an admin user may click on View next to “Zone F.”
Once within this Access Key, details of that key may be administered. For example, de-select the box if that key is no longer active, update the Passkey for integration mapping, set this key as a default for users to be set when initially created, or assign the key to a group.
Rather than administering user-by-user and setting an Access Key individually that way, this functionality from this form allows for assigning an Access Key for many users at once. Click enable where applicable.
