Configuring & Using the Assessment Summary List Tile
The Assessment Summary List tile displays a summary of assessments, dates of completion, percentage of completion, and status.
Dashboards: User Dashboard
To view dates of completion, percentage of completion, and status, click on the assessment of interest.
Clicking on an assessment gives the option to take, retake, or review results.
Clicking the View Full List button will display a list of all assessments as shown below:
Clicking the + button will pop up the list of the assessments configured to show on the tile, so they can be easily accessed/taken.
Configuration: From Admin, click Tiles.
In the Tiles screen, click the + New button.
In the +New screen, check the Active box, choose the tile Type Assessment Summary List, Name the Tile, select the Display On (dashboard) option, select height and sequence, then click Save details. After saving details, you’ll be prompted to add the content group . Choose the content group you created for this assessment summary list tile.
In the Tile Configuration section, choose the assessments that you want displayed on the summary list tile. Add any relative Opportunity ID’s, then hit Save Config (Done.)
