Generating & Viewing Reports

Accessing Reports

After logging in, follow these steps:
  • Navigate to, and click on Reports from the left menu bar.
  • Generate detailed Usage reports
  • Access Key Performance Reports
  • View Coach Performance reports


Usage Reports

Hit the arrow button on Usage reports and expand to generate & view reports for:
  • Goals by Objective
  • Usage by Period
  • Usage by Access Key
  • Usage by Access Key Group
  • Notes by Topic

Access Key Performance

Hit the arrow button on Access Key Performance and expand to generate & view reports for:
  • Goals Utilization
  • Update/Create Ratios

In the Goal Utilization report screen, use the drop-down button to filter by a specific Mid-Level objective, date & status.



Report Generation and Export

  • Generate a report: Hit the cog button
  • Export a .csv version: After generating the report


Coach Performance Reports

  • Generate reports for: Usage by Coaches
  • Generate reports for: Coach Update/Create Ratios
  • View reports: Hit the arrow button on Coach Performance

Usage and Reports

  • Usage by Coach screen: Filter the Usage stats report by date, Access Key, notes, and report type.
  • User Profile Screen Reports: Generate and view reports from the User Profile reports tab.
