Teams

The Teams feature is available for grouping users so that they may work together. An example may be where a senior financial advisor has two staff members available to help achieve a Goal. All three users may be assigned to a Team in SuccessPro.



A Manager of Team can access other user records. For example, their dashboard. Managers can also delegate and receive tasks, as well as share Roadmaps. A Contributor of Team can “contribute.” An example, be assigned tasks in order to achieve a goal. A team member with None, is limited to view records linked to the team. Many users may be added to a team from this form.


After configuring a Team, it is an AdminBest Practice to “work with” the users configured for that team to ensure proper setup. In this example, the side-bar now displays the users available to click on from the picklist available when working with that user.
Click on the Team Name to navigate to the team features.

Team features include Shares Assessments, Shared Meetings, Shared Goals, Shared Metrics, Shared Opportunities, Teams Notes, & Recent Team Activity.
