Access Keys of Inactive Users
This guide will walk you through what has changed with AccessKeys and inactive users.
1. In this example, 19 users are active users
Access the search bar for Advisor Search.
2. Click on your Data Manager
AccessKeys that contain only inactive users are hidden by default.
3. Check the box "Show Inactive Advisors"
Display inactive users and Access Keys of inactive users by clicking on "Show Inactive Advisors".
4. Click "Use Selection"
Make you selection, including any keys that appeared after you checked the Inactive Users box.
5. Twenty-one users are now available to work with because the view now includes two additional users who are inactive
