Content Groups: Objective Path Relations

Goals/Roadmaps are considered content in SuccessPro. They may or may not have Recommendations & the detailed content that goes within it. As a result, they must have a ‘relationship’ to a Content Group. This helps control the user experience to set specific content visible or not. Roadmaps have Objective Paths. After creating a Roadmap, it is important to set at least one Objective Path Relation, (i.e., Set a relationship to a content group). For example, if a sub-set of advisor users in SuccessPro will be working on Advisor Success Goals and several goals/Roadmaps have been written & configured, then these should have that Objective Path Relation set.

In this example, the search was for “Advisor Success Program” in the filter. After a Goal/Roadmap has been configured, it will be available on this list. For each Detailed Objective within a Goal/Roadmap will be an Objective Path. Below is an image containing seven paths. The first of seven objective paths (enabled on the right in the image) is Advisor Success Program > Build Your Business Development Process > Build Your Sales Pipeline Tool.

SuccessPro admins with content permissions enabled may confirm proper configuration by navigating to a user where the path relation was set. In this example, the default content group relationship was configured for the Build Your Sales Pipeline Tool path.
