Tie Metrics to Goals
Metrics can now be tied directly to Goals (a.k.a. Roadmaps) in SuccessPro, allowing users to view both the qualitative and quantitative information in the same place when making goal updates.
Adding Metrics to a Goal can be done directly in the Goal Screen or in the Admin Screens under Objective Paths.
Adding Metric to Goal from Goal Screen
Navigate to the Goals tab within SuccessPro. Select a goal to open the Goal Screen.
Select the Gear Menu in the upper right corner of the screen and click the Add Metric option.
The Add Metric to Goal modal will appear. From here, use the dropdown menus to select the metric sheet and specific metric to tie to the goal. Click Add to connect the metric to the goal. Repeat this process until all desired metrics have been added. Please note: A metric sheet must already be configured in order to tie the metrics to a goal.
The metrics you selected will now appear under the Metrics section in the Goal. Click the Update button to make any needed changes to the metric.
Adding Metric to Goal from Objective Paths
Select Objective Paths under the Content section in the Admin Screen. Use the dropdown menu to select the Content Group containing the Goal to which you would like to add the metrics and then drill down to the desired Goal. Select Edit Objective Path Content.
Under the Metrics section, select the Add Metric button.
From here, use the dropdown menus to select the metric sheet and specific metric to tie to the goal. Click Add to connect the metric to the goal. Repeat this process until all desired metrics have been added. Please note: A metric sheet must already be configured in order to tie the metrics to a goal.
The selected Metrics will now be tied to the Goal.
