Mid-August 2022 - Notes - Standard, Coach
Standard Note
The Summary tab has been removed from SuccessPro and has been split into two tabs: Notes and Recent Activity. Refer to Setup instructions below if you do not see the Notes tab. There are three different types of Notes: Standard, Coach, & Personal. All notes may be changed &/or deleted after creating. Coach and Personal Notes are only available to Coaches in the system -- End Users will not see the options to create or show Coach/Personal Notes.
How To
When working with a user, click the Notes tab
Click New Note
Enter your notes & click By default, the note type will be set to Standard.
The Note will be displayed in the Note/Comment List
To view Only Notes I’ve Edited/Created, click the filter icon on the top right of the Notes list.
To delete a Note, simply click on the Delete button on the bottom right of the Note form
A Delete Box will then appear again to ensure that is the correct Note to be deleted.
Setup
If the Notes Module is not yet enabled, email support@actifi.com to enable this. If already enabled, the Notes tab will be displayed by default. No administration required.
Coach Note
Coach notes are only available to Coaches. These notes are not visible to the user in which the note is for. Coach notes are only visible to the Coach that created the note and other Coaches who have permissions to view that user.
How To
When creating a New Note, select the radio button labeled Coach Note
Enter your notes & click The note will then be saved.
To view the Coach note, check the box next to Show Coach/Personal Notes.
Setup
There is no additional setup required for Coach notes.
Personal Note
Personal notes are only available to Coaches. These notes are also not visible to any user other than to the user that created it. Personal Notes may be changed to Coach or Standard Notes if the user who created the Personal Note requires to make it visible to more than their own user.
How To
When creating a Personal Note, select the radio button labeled Personal Note
Enter your notes & click The note will then be saved and only visible to the creator of the Personal Note.
Setup
There is no setup required for Personal Notes if the Notes module is already enabled.
Recent Activity Tab
Notes are also made available from the Coach Home Page All Recent Activity.
Opportunity Tile Redesign
The Opportunities Tile has been redesigned to better encourage interaction with Opportunities. It now features a single button for each opportunity that will continue them through the workflow and open the opportunity detailed view.
How To
Click on Accept and Begin or Continue from the Opportunities Tile

An Opportunity tile must be configured. Please contact your system administrator or email support@actifi.com for more information.
