April 2023 – New Layout for Roadmap Summary Details List and Roadmap Activity Summary Tiles Admin Config

The layout of our Objective Path Filter within the tile configuration screen has been updated to make it more intuitive to use. This affects two tile types in particular: the Roadmap Summary Detail List tile and the Roadmap Activity Summary tile.
Before this release, these tiles required the specific objective path IDs (see the below left screenshot) to display the correct roadmap. Now the user can select the appropriate objective path from a menu by name (see the below right screenshot).

How To - Roadmap Summary Detail List

After navigating to the tile configuration screen, set the Type to Roadmap Summary Detail List from the dropdown menu.
Scroll down to the Tile Configuration section and select the Edit button under the Objective Path Creation Filter.
This will open a menu containing all available objective paths. Find the name of the desired objective path from the Available Paths menu on the left and click on it.
Select the right arrow to move the objective path to the Selected Paths menu. This ties the selected objective paths to the tile. To remove one of these selections from the tile, simply click on the objective path and select the left arrow.
Use the up and down arrows to change the order of how the objective paths appear in the tile.
Follow steps 1-5 under the Objective Path Display Filter. It is a best practice to make sure that the same objective paths are selected in both the Objective Path Creation Filter and the Objective Path Display Filter.
Click the Save Config button at the bottom of the screen.

How To - Roadmap Activity Summary

After navigating to the tile configuration screen, set the Type to Roadmap Activity Summary from the dropdown menu.
Scroll down to the Tile Configuration section and select the Edit button under the Objective Path Display Filter.
Click the Save Config button at the bottom of the screen.
