Configuring & using the Metric Sheet Status Counter

The Metric Sheet Status Counter displays the number of metric sheets created & updated by date range. It also grants users quick access to Fig 1. Is an example of a Metric Sheet Status Counter

Note: The Created count is a new metric sheet created with an input entry. The Update is a new input entry into an existing metric sheet. Multiple entries from a user into an existing metric sheet will be counted as a single update. Multiple entries in a newly created metric sheet will be counted as a single created count. Multiple created metric sheets are counted per creation. Fig 2. Is an example of a tile with multiple Metric Sheets created.

From the tile, clicking Created count or Updated count will show the detailed data associated including users & Metric sheet details. Clicking on a particular Metric Sheet for example: 2024 – Income Statement - Full will open the Metric Sheet detail screen (Fig 3). From the blue drop-down arrow, the Work with Advisor button will take you to the advisor instance/dashboard in the existing or new tab. You can also export the tile details by clicking the export icon.

From the Metric Sheet detail screen, enter (Input ) values into Plan & Actuals by clicking on each Value Type. You can create sheet update links, new sheets, share sheets, view reports or delete existing sheets from this screen as well.
Configuration :
From Admin, click Tiles
In the Tiles screen, click the +New button.
In the +New screen, check the Active box, choose the tile Type Metric Sheet Status Counter, Name the Tile, select the Display On (dashboard) option, select height and sequence, then click Save details. After saving details, you’ll be prompted to add the  content group . Choose the content group you created for this Metric Sheet Status Counter.
In the Tile Configuration section
Check the Show Created, Show Update options, Value Type Options to reflect on the tile, year, and default sheet to reference if applicable. Hit Save Config after all options have been selected.
