SuccessPro User Role Settings

  • Advisor Users
  • No Role
  • All SuccessPro users are set without a role by default unless overridden manually or automated business rules.
  • Coach Users
  • Manager in Roadmaps & Metrics
  • If enabled, the user may work Roadmaps modules with other users
  • Users must manage at least one access key to work with other users
  • Admin Users – Permissions to access to admin settings
  • Executive
  • If enabled, the user may access the executive dashboard
  • Content Groups
  • Proprietary content created & defined by the client
  • Hierarchy File
  • Data Points
  • TSID

  • The date in the file name must match the date of processing

  • IF the user record is not found in the hierarchy file THEN the user record will not be created or updated
  • IF TSID is not found THEN the user will not be updated resulting in a processing error
  • IF the user is not found in SuccessPro, THEN create a user
  • Content Groups
  • All users included in the hierarchy file should have the following:
  • Enabled Defaults
  • Additional
  • IF AK contains xyz THEN enable ________
  • Updates
  • IF the user is not provided in the row hierarchy file THEN the user will not be updated
  • Inactivation Process
  • Manual administration ad-hoc via admin by the client or provide active or inactive via the file
