Administration of SuccessPro is critical during the implementation phase of the software. It is important to assign a role for the initial setup and ongoing as users are added, features adopted, & content grow across your organization.
SuccessPro allows for flexibility to enable various roles within the overall administration to different team members. Although a single admin (administrator) may be designated to enable Admin - Full of the entire software application, flexible “sub-admin” responsibilities may be delegated. For example, IT team members may require permissions to configure critical integration components between SuccessPro and Salesforce.
The same permissions probably should not be enabled for team members who do not require those permissions that are vital to the day-to-day IT sync operations. While a team member may only require permissions for setting up users, this “sub-role” may be enabled only for that purpose, e.g., Admin - User Only. Perhaps a team member only requires admin features that involve the bulk exporting and importing of data for reporting & analysis. To enable permissions in only this area of responsibilities, a role may be enabled for only that purpose, e.g., Admin – Batch Only.
Often, team members who maintain users or focus their responsibilities on reporting & analysis, are not the same as those who have subject expertise for writing content, e.g., Business Planning tasks for setting Goals/Roadmaps. For this purpose, an admin role permission may be enabled for writing & updating content. This role is Admin – Content Only.
