Default Length (Days): Sets the duration of the class. All programs must have at least one class for a user to experience the program. E.g., In the image below, default length is 90 days when the class is created from the Coach Programs Home Page.

Existing Assess cut-off constraint: If the assessment was completed several years ago, it may not be preferred to use that assessment completed date. If the program should only count the assessment as completed for one year ago, then set the date one year prior to the current date. Contact  support@actifi.com  to configure the assessment to the program.

Click on the Name to highlight and click Add Selected Modules
If a module is not available, refer to the  Creating a Module for a Program  article before proceeding.

Set the remaining Basics after the Selected Module is Added. Refer below for available options.

Section: Not required
Progress Tracking: In most cases, the Always Track should be selected. In the event tracking exclusions are required, When Active, Logic Allows, or Never are available to select. The Module will be excluded from progress tracking on the Coach Programs Home Page.
Trigger Logic: Standard is most common. Offset from Class Start Date if the module should not be triggered until the class starts. If a Class Creator is identified, that user can be empowered to determine when the module is triggered from the Coach Programs Home Page. Manual will empower end users (e.g., financial advisors going through the program) or coach users on their behalf from the dashboard tile.
Available Dependencies: After adding other modules to the program, predecessors can be set to be completed prior to the module being triggered. E.g. Module 2 cannot be started without completing Module 1.
Logic Dependences: Triggers the module based on configured criteria. For example, if a user’s profile tracks AUM, the module can be configured so that only advisors with AUM > $100mm will have a module to complete in the program.
