SuccessPro can send you notifications about any updates to or the creation of Roadmaps/Goals, Meetings, Opportunities, Metric Sheets, and Assessments. Notifications contain two components – an  and an entry into our . Both types of notifications will contain a link to the related item within the notification (both in the  and the ).
notifications will be ON for all tenants by default, but they can be turned off by an administrator in the Tenant Configurations (this is  recommended). This menu will contain all notifications from the last 30 days and any unread notifications up to 90 days.
The red dot in the  indicates that the item is unread. You can mark all notifications as read by selecting the  option in the upper right corner of the notifications menu. Clicking on a notification will allow you to navigate directly to the updated item.
E notifications are sent every two hours, on the hour according to Central Standard Time (i.e. 10:00 AM, noon, 2:00 PM). Each email contains a summary of all updates that occurred during the two-hour timespan. An email notification will not be sent if there are no updates or new items created during that time.
The ability to receive  notifications will be turned ON by default at the tenant level. Turning the actual  notifications on is controlled in the  menu at the user level.
To access the  menu, click on your name in the upper right corner and select .
Ensure the checkboxes under the  section are selected to receive email notifications. The checkbox next to the  option allows you to automatically follow items you interact with, saving you the step of following goals, meetings, opportunities, or other items where you are a collaborator.
If you are a Coach or Administrator who manages advisors within SuccessPro, you can view and adjust the  of another user. 
Once you have the appropriate advisor pulled up in the system, select the  button.

From this screen, scroll down to the . You can see how they have their settings configured and can even modify these settings on the user’s behalf. Please note that if the user adjusts these settings later from their menu any previous settings will be overwritten.
You must be set up as a Coach or Administrator to view or edit someone else’s .
SuccessPro offers the ability to  Roadmap/Goals, Meetings, Opportunities, Metric Sheets, and Assessments.  items allows you to receive a  if something is updated by a different party. The criteria of what is considered an update varies by item, but overall, it refers to any significant modification to the item.

 are handled differently. Only those set up with a Manager role in the system will receive these updates. A manager will be notified whenever one of their advisors completes any assessment(s) that the Manager is following.
Please Note: You will automatically  any items that you own. You can toggle the  button off if you do not wish to receive notifications (this is not recommended).
Notifications will also be sent related to any  you receive under a Roadmap/Goal, Opportunity, Meeting, or Metric. Some examples may include:
- A Manager created a new roadmap under your user
- A Manager assigned a Recommendation (under a roadmap/goal) to your user
- A Manager added you to a Meeting
All notification features related to the  will be turned on by default, but for  notifications, each user will default to having  turned off. If a user turns their  settings on from their  menu (see above), then they will receive the notifications both via email and through the . Any user who has not set their own personal preferences through the  menu will default to only receiving notifications through the . Only ActiFi can edit these configuration settings.
